Common things

Reporting content or blocking someone

You don't need to email us for this. Tap the ⋯ menu on any post, review, comment, or profile and choose Block or report. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Blocking is immediate — a blocked person disappears from your feed and can't interact with you.

If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and everything in it — logs, ratings, reviews, lists, comments and likes. It cannot be undone. You may be asked to sign in again first, because deletion requires a recent sign-in.

Connected music services

Last.fm, Spotify, and Apple Music connections are managed from the sync card on your Library screen, and from Settings. Disconnecting stops future syncing. If your listening history has stopped updating, disconnecting and reconnecting the service resolves most cases.

Subscriptions and billing

Curator and Maestro are billed through your Apple ID, not by us. To change or cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us if a purchase didn't unlock what it should have.

Missing or wrong music data

Vibrato's catalog comes from MusicBrainz. If an album, track, or artist is missing or has the wrong details, tell us what you searched for and what you expected — we can often fix it on our side.
